This site is a resource for the black and grey market babies whose adoption circumstances range from questionable to downright illegal, and the first parents who may have been coerced into giving their children up. Their search for their roots is more complex than many adoptees because of the lies and falsified documents that often accompany these types of adoptions, and the fact that many brokers are now deceased or imprisoned.
